Together, we will prepare for your labor and birth by exploring decision-making, evidence-based research, hands-on comfort measures, fears and feelings, your unique preferences and plans for labor, birth & the early postpartum period. During labor I will provide unwavering support, and act as a grounding force to help you maximize oxytocin and disrupt the fear-tension-pain cycle. You’ll have everything you need - I PROMISE!

Birth does not end once your baby lands earthside. The early postpartum period is one of great transformation, transition and rebirth. I prioritize this sacred period by making sure you are deeply nourished, able to rest and recover, and bond with your new family. Let me tend to you!
